The Opportunity:
Our growing enterprise seeks an enthusiastic Senior Tennis Coach to join our dynamic team. This role is vital in enhancing our centres and school-based programs, ideal for those passionate about tennis and excellence in customer service.

Your Role: As a Senior Coaching Professional, you will be at the forefront of:

• Conducting diverse group and private sessions for all skill levels, including Hot Shots, squads, and adult groups.
• Training junior coaches and contributing to the development of our tennis programs.
• Playing a key role in our coaching marketing strategies.
• Driving business growth, customer communication, and engagement.

Who We're Looking For:
We're searching for a vibrant, certified TENNIS COACH with:

• Skill in coaching students of various ages and abilities.
• Strong communication and organizational talents.
• Interest in customer retention, marketing, and new program development.
• Flexibility to work across different centres and in school programs.

Key Qualifications:

• Tennis coaching experience.
• Current Blue Card.
• Personal transportation.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.

Remuneration: A competitive salary range ($65,000 - $80,000) is offered, dependent on your experience and qualifications. This position is a gateway to career advancement and professional growth.
