Senior Urban Designer Full-Time Temporary

City Renewal Authority are seeking an experienced professional to join our Design and Place Strategy team. We are looking for a Senior Urban Designer with expertise in the delivery of urban renewal projects. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and demonstrated project experience in creative city-making projects and an understanding of land development.
Eligibility/ Other Requirements:
⦁Tertiary qualifications in architecture, or commensurate demonstrated experience in urban renewal projects, is highly desirable.
⦁Minimum of 10 years’ experience, specifically in urban renewal and public realm related projects, managing large-scale design projects.
⦁Knowledge and experience of architectural, engineering or landscape related software such as Adobe Suite, CAD, and GIS.
Note: This is a temporary position available immediately for two years. This position will be in workplace designed for activity-based working (ABW). Under ABW arrangements, officers will not have a designated workstation/desk.
