Our in-house marketing agency thrives on innovation and creativity, and we are currently seeking an experienced Videographer & Photographer to lead the Media side of the business. We are looking for someone who is dedicated to delivering exceptional visual content that captivates and engages audiences, while helping us achieve first class service to clients.
Job Description:
As our Videographer & Photographer, you will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing all aspects of our videography and photography operations. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth execution of both long-form and short-form video edits, as well as photography projects. Your role will largely be dealing with the agency side of the business & their media needs. You will also be actively involved in filming and editing short-form content and photography, bringing your creative vision to life. As apart of your role you will also have access to our editing team who will manage any overflow of work.
Salary: Base Salary will be based on experience & is negotiable + bonus opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the production of long-form and short-form video content, ensuring high-quality standards and adherence to project timelines.
- Coordinate with the Hypa Agency team to understand project briefs and deliver content that aligns with brand messaging and goals.
- Manage and coordinate photography assignments, from conception to final delivery.
- Engage in hands-on filming and editing of short-form content and photography, using your creative expertise to enhance project outcomes.
- Oversee the booking, conceptualisation & delivery of long form content from in house videographers & external suppliers.
- Liaise with external suppliers and contractors, ensuring their contributions align with project requirements and quality standards. Providing photographers, videographers and editors, guidance and support to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Implement and maintain studio equipment and software, ensuring all resources are up-to-date and functioning optimally.
- Manage studio schedules ensuring projects are completed within allocated resources.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in videography and photography, continually enhancing the studio's capabilities.

Qualifications:
- Demonstrated skill in both videography & photography
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and photography editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
- Excellent organisational and project management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
