As a Visual Designer, you will be dedicated to 150 international markets and be responsible for the creative conception, design, storyboarding, and execution of worldwide digital advertising campaigns. What does a typical day look like?
- Collaborate to create innovative social digital advertising designs that drive brand awareness, ensuring alignment with the global strategy.
- Generate a variety of ideas quickly and efficiently, and storyboard, brief, and present motion/animation campaign assets to internal marketing partners and external agencies.
- Approach projects with a systems mindset and develop streamlined approaches to everyday design tasks.
- Collaborate with content designers, marketing teams, and web and email production to develop marketing campaigns and materials that enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and generate qualified leads.
- Build strong relationships with cross-functional marketing partners to facilitate honest and passionate communication and collaboration, providing guidance and design rationale.
- Manage multiple project workstreams with complex timelines, using strong communication skills to set and manage expectations appropriately.
Experience required:
- 5+ years of visual design or art direction experience working directly with brand and marketing teams.
- Strong track record in digital campaign design and working alongside marketing partners and design systems.
- Proficient in designing for video, social media, display ads, and web.
- Deep understanding of visual design principles for integrated marketing communications.
- Experience in Figma.
- Curious and creative mindset with a commitment to gaining customer feedback.
- Data-driven with the ability to share insights and present ideas.
