Woodside led the development of the LNG industry in Australia and is applying this same pioneering spirit to solving future energy challenges.Our global headquarters are based in Perth and our state-of-the-art campus reflects the quality of life Perth is known for - with a six Green Star rating, advanced wellness features and flexibility in how you work.Woodside CultureWe recognise that a key contributor to our success is an inclusive culture that promotes diversity and a sense of belonging.Flexible work arrangements including part-time hours or partial work-from-home options will be considered - please indicate on your resume if you wish to be considered for a position with flexible working arrangements.About the Role:The Senior WMS Advisor is a critical role to support both maintaining the current heritage Woodside Management System, whilst providing technical support to and coordination of the transition to a new Woodside Energy Management System as part of the GRC Harmonisation Program.The role will require working with teams in both International and Australian locations, across the Central WMS, Risk, Assurance and Systems Teams (including our Technical Writers) and the GRC Harmonisation Project Team. This position is available on a fixed-term basis for a duration of two years.Duties & Responsibilities:Key accountabilities: Maintain and support the planned and coordinated transition of heritage WEL Management System to the new harmonised WMS, including input to sustain and embed change post go-live consistent with the company operating model(s).

  • Support the design, implementation and governance of the heritage WMS to ensure it remains fit-for-purpose and an enabler for planned transition to new harmonised WMS
  • Provide technical WMS related Subject Matter Expertise to the organisation consistent with the GRC Service Support Model
  • Steward application of WMS design principles to maintain the quality, accuracy and consistency of WMS Content
  • Application of WMS design principles and practises
  • Facilitation of process design and control effectiveness
  • Provide support to business in change management of heritage WMS content and related WMS Self-Assessment activities;
  • Coordination, allocation and oversight of GRC outsourcing model (incl. requests for technical writing support)
  • Monitor and govern heritage WMS conformance across the organisation and support 2nd line performance reporting to ELT and Board (to meet corporate governance requirements)
  • Provide support, training and coaching of heritage and harmonised WMS design and implementation
  • Support process owner Community of Practise (CoP) to share best practises and learnings
  • Provide SME support in stewarding the planned transition of heritage WMS to the new harmonised WMS and embediment post-implementation
  • Provide feedback and identify opportunities to continuously improve ways of working
Skills & Experience:
  • Sound understanding of operating models, management systems and business processes
  • Knowledge and experience in application of 3 Lines Model principles
  • Knowledge and experience in change management practises
  • Experience/ ability to network and partner effectively with key internal stakeholders
  • Influencing, negotiation and communication (presentation/ written/ oral) skills
  • Design or systems thinking
  • Facilitation of or use of process mapping (preferrable)
  • Data and information lifecycle management (preferrable)
