 About the role  

With the growth of our business we are looking for a highly motivated individual who is interested in taking the next step in their career into consultancy. The position is a full time role based on a flexible hybrid work arrangement working from our office in Camberwell / Working From Home with onsite client presence required. Travel will be necessary depending on your allocated portfolio so a current Victorian drivers licence and vehicle is essential.

 Duties  

  • Managing client relationships
  • Driving outcomes in rehabilitation and return to work strategies
  • Co-Ordination of Early and Effective Return to Work 
  • Liaising and consulting with injured workers, treating medical providers and the Insurer 
  • Undertaking strategic reviews and driving the Agent in the management of claims
  • Understanding the importance of claims costs and their impact on premiums 
  • Capacity to work with a range of personalities and a range of industries
  • Developing and presenting customised injury, claims and premium reporting 

 Desired skills, experience & qualifications  

  • You will be a qualified RTW Coordinator (or be willing to obtain this qualification) and ideally with an Agent or employer background.
  • You will have a good understanding of the WIRC Act. 
  • You will be confident, personable, driven, independent and autonomous with a customer service focus that can quickly adapt to different situations. 
  • You will also be able to account manage, create and foster client relationships.
  • You will have an intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and be able to develop and present customised reporting. 
  • Valid Victorian Driver's license and vehicle
  • Initially you will work under the guidance and direction of our Managing Principal and Senior Consultant, you will be able to take direction well, yet also work autonomously as required.
