With over 60 years of experience, we offer a full range of services to our Airline customers - Passenger and Customer Services, Ramp activities and Cargo handling in all major airports around Australia.
We are actively seeking a Senior Allocator to bolster our Sydney Passenger Services Operation. In this pivotal role, you will take charge of ensuring the proficiency of our dedicated team of Allocators in processes and procedures. Your responsibilities extend to overseeing the overall performance of the local department, ensuring alignment with key performance indicators (KPIs).
*Please note this role involves working a 7 day, rotating roster.
Position Overview;
- Determining and obtaining aircraft resource and updating worksheets according to airlines SLA’s/ tasks;
- Actioning and covering sick calls, personal leave etc. which is advised to you by the SDS or SDM;
- Determining and allocating available shifts through a fair and transparent process whilst adhering to all budgets and financial demands;
- Actioning and updating all shift swaps as per standard operating procedures;
- Preparing an accurately completed worksheet/crew sheets for the SDS/SDM to utilise on shift;
- Be willing to undertake training and work with new systems implemented into the business;
- Manage staff allocation for disruptions and delays;
- Handle and maintain staff and business confidentiality.

- Knowledge of and vast understanding of our business including Service Level Agreements;
- Sound knowledge computer skills including MS word and Excel;
- The ability to work unsupervised and follow procedures.

- Ability to adhere to safety and security requirements applicable to the aviation industry;
