We do this by:
- Building, protect and improve external relationships to influence key stakeholders: JVs, governments, third parties
- Driving effective BU decision making having regard to value and risk
- Building business acumen across Woodside
- Comply with, and maximising value from, our rights and obligations under our commercial agreements
- Negotiation of new agreements
- Timely, accurate and relevant commercial interpretation and advice on existing project arrangements, including agreements relating to joint venture governance and operations, land tenure, and State/Local Government matters
- Frame, negotiate and agree optimum commercial terms (maximising value and minimizing risk) in new commercial arrangements
- Enable effective BU decision making having regard to value and risk, including proactively identifying and demonstrating value-add opportunities
- Protect and improve external relationships to influence key stakeholders, including JVs, government representatives, or other third parties
- (Required) Values and behaviours that are consistent with our corporate values, including strong stakeholder management, cross functional collaboration and leadership
- (Required) Undergraduate/ post-graduate degree in relevant discipline
- (Required) Ability to lead, develop, approve and execute commercial strategies and associated negotiations
- (Required) Ability to frame business decisions from a commercial perspective
- (Required) Excellent interpersonal skills and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams
- (Preferred) Extensive experience in oil and gas
