SalaryThis HQ of this multidisciplinary firm is situated in inner-Melbourne, and as part of strategic growth plan, the pipeline of work from their NSW based clients are gaining traction. Therefore, they are looking for a Senior/Principal Planner to assist them to run the approval process.
They are a well-known brand in Melbourne – they do work in retail/commercial, residential (retirement village, apartments, multi-unit developments), schools, community facilities, and industrial space. They work with top clients and tier 1 architectural firms, and they are mainly proponent-based – keen to drive change.
The ideal candidate will be a Town Planner consultant – with experience in delivering approvals within NSW planning system. We are keen to speak with very experienced candidates (10+ years’ experience) – because you will be the main technical lead for these projects. Experience in running major projects will be highly regarded.
You will be working autonomously from NSW - with the occasional visits to HQ in Melbourne to get to know the rest of the team.
Salary will be around $140k - $150k package
