We're proud to be the leaders in responsible gambling in our industry, not just locally, but globally.About The RoleReporting into the SEO and Conversion Optimisation Manager, you will be supporting several exciting SEO projects and working closely with Technical & Content SEO leads, refining and creating processes to deliver against SEO strategy. As such, you will have a chance to collaborate with a high variety of teams from Technology to Creative. It's a role that requires you to be a great communicator with a drive to learn and grow.You should have an understanding of organic search and desire to learn new things. You'll love the challenge of an ever-changing search landscape are always searching for new opportunities to drive better business outcomes and driven to grow by learning more about SEO. We want someone to challenge us, offer up innovative alternatives to our current SEO approaches and ultimately drive even better outcomes from our organic search presence through our strategy and with the passion to share your ideas, results and insights with your team and other stakeholders.Responsibilities Include:
- Analyze and report on performance by use a suite of reports to find insights to inform strategy and educate stakeholders
- Manage compliance process ensuring our webpages are accurate and compliant
- Support managing external specialist agency partnerships to deliver great business outcomes inline with strategic objectives
- Engage in cross-functional collaboration by working closely with media, technical and creative stakeholders and support SEO story telling across key internal stakeholder groups
- Weekly concierge service including free massages, manicure/nail appointments - all onsite!
