As an SEO Lead Generation Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for generating leads through Localized web site.
This position reports to the Digital Marketing Manager, APAC.
In this role, you will collaborate with local field marketing managers and our digital web team to generate more leads from organic referencing and SEA.
A successful candidate will be great team player, understand how to support the markets to drive more leads and possess experience with SEO optimization and SEA Campaigns.
Experience managing contractors and freelancers is a plus.
Main Responsibilities:
Working with our Web team, you will be the local expert to identify the main drivers for Centric Software to get found in our different local markets for our different vertical and solutions.
SEO
- Understand algorithm of APAC key search engine platforms, including Google, Baidu, Yahoo and Naver etc.
- Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing.
- Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization with tools such as SEMrush, Bombora, GA4.
- Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations.
- Research and analyse competitor advertising links.
- Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation.
- Recommend changes to website UX, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords in the local markets.
SEA
- Execute tests, collect, and analyse data and results, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns.
- Track, report, and analyse website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns.
- Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs, and reconciling discrepancies.
Requirements:
- 3 years + experience in B2B SEM marketing. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Experience in APAC key countries (expect China) SEO content optimization project.
- Experience in the enterprise software/SAAS industry
- Languages: Fluent English, and Japanese, Korean, and Chinese is a plus.
- A deep understanding of cultural nuances and preferences in APAC geo-locales.
- Excellent proofing skills.
- Thorough and get go attitude.
- Strong project management skills and excellent at making projects move forward.
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing project requirements.
- Self-motivated, well-organized, detailed-oriented, problem solver able to manage multiple projects and meet assigned deadlines and targets – all this in a fast-paced environment.
- Autonomous with an understanding of responsibility and accountability.
