NQ Auto Group is seeking the services of a skilled and motivated person to fulfil the role of Service Advisor within our dealership.
This position would suit a well-presented professional individual with a love of customer service and a positive can-do attitude. Ideally suited to someone who has a solid knowledge of motor vehicles; however, this is not essential as full training will be given to the successful candidate.
Specifically, the role of the Service Advisor is the front-line customer relations and service representative for the customer’s maintenance and servicing requirements. This job requires a friendly individual to advise and consult customers on vehicle service needs and to have expertise in building customer confidence in their vehicle and the dealership.
The successful applicant must possess the following qualities:
- Superior Customer Service Skills with an excellent telephone manner.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Confidence in dealing with a diverse client base ensuring a favourable outcome for both parties.
- Interaction with customers on a daily basis to build ongoing business relationships.
- Possess excellent administration and organizational skills.
- A current QLD C class manual driver’s licence; and
- A sound working knowledge of computers with experience in the Pentana ERA system an advantage but not essential.
