The Role:
As a Service Advisor, you'll be the forefront of our promise to exceptional service. This role is all about communication, requiring you to engage with our clients entirely over the phone to resolve their concerns, answer their queries, and ensure their satisfaction with our products and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide world class customer support for clients over the phone and via email.
- Handle service inquiries and complaints with empathy, efficiency, and accuracy.
- Work closely with the technical team to resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings, reflecting our brand's standards
About You:
- You have experience in customer service, ideally with a luxury or premium brand.
- Excellent communication skills, with a clear, articulate phone manner.
- You understand what it means to deliver outstanding customer service and are able to demonstrate this.
- Team player, ready to work in a young, energetic environment.
- Ready to be trained on the specifics of our premium product range.
- You are motivated to keep accurate records in the knowledge that this is a key component of exceptional customer service.
- Have technical aptitude and are willing to occasionally get “hands on” as part of the problem solving process.
- Are competent with the use of hand tools.
- You actively prioritise your own health, and have more than a passing interest in health and wellness.
- Are able to reliably get to the Vermont office location.
