AddressGippsland RV & Marine’s workshop is located in Bairnsdale. We provide mechanical repairs, servicing, and auto-electrical solutions to a broad range of customers in the Gippsland area through our workshop and on-site as required.
We are seeking a Service Advisor to join our team at Bairnsdale and take ownership of this great position. This role requires exceptional customer service attributes and acts as a conduit between our customer and workshop.
Duties include, though are not limited to:
- Customer service including vehicle drop off and collection and job progress updates including additional work;
- Customer enquiries, quoting and bookings
- Liaising with mechanical staff to ensure jobs and job cards are completed efficiently
- Reviewing and invoicing job cards
- Ordering parts
- Creditor data entry and ensuring parts are allocated to jobs efficinelty
Skills and experience:
- Experience in the automotive sale and repair industry
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, parts and services
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communication effectively (written and verbal)
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise and manage competing objectives
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team in a busy environment
- Current manual drivers licence
