THE ROLE
The Service Advisor role is a full-time Monday to Friday position. This exciting role will see you facing all sorts of challenges while offering a broad variety of work each day. As an integral team member, you’ll ensure that our customers are well-informed about their vehicles at every stage.
Day to day you will:-
- Act as the first point of contact with all customers and suppliers.
- Scheduling customer service bookings and job cards, obtaining a clear brief from the customer regarding any issues.
- Working within our policies, guidelines, and standards.
- Actively monitoring the process of customer vehicles throughout the service and providing them with updates on the progress/repairs.
- Order parts as required.
- Preparing invoices and closing allocated job cards.
- Generate quotes and advise customers of any additional work that needs to be attended to.
- Ensuring the customers' expectations are exceeded throughout the experience.
- General service administration as required.
- Data entry.
