We are seeking an experienced and talented Service Advisor to assist and grow within the existing team members.

We are seeking a full-time professional to fulfill the existing requirements of our customers across Hyundai, LDV and SsangYong.
About the Role:
As part of our exceptional management team, you will assist the group, offering feedback to further improve our daily process. Consistently maintaining a "best in town experience" within our fast-paced, high performing service team and delivering customer satisfaction to the highest levels.
As a Service Advisor you will play a pivotal role in the business’ success and the satisfaction of our clients. Your role will require you to provide our clients the best and most suitable service for their needs. You will be responsible in driving and motivating your team for success in achieving and exceeding budgets and other KPI’s.
Key Responsibilities:
- Profit Optimisation of key revenue streams
- Understanding the OEM and the business purpose and vision
- Ability to achieve and exceed internal targets, Manufacturer expectations and KPI's
- Understanding of Pentana Solutions DMS and X-Time advantageous
- Maintain high data & administration reporting standards
- Providing the ultimate customer experience
- Cultivate a culture of engaged staff
- Leading and overall management of your fellow technicians
- Training and development of product knowledge
- Providing exceptional product and service knowledge to our customers
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintaining current knowledge regarding the brand, it's products and services

You will ideally possess:
- 3 years experience as a Service Advisor preferably
- A track record of high performance in a similar role

- Able to implement and maintain change in a busy environment
- Meet KPI's for customer service levels on a regular basis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong sales and organisational skills
