Lanson Place offers a luxurious home-away-from-home experience for short and extended stays at central locations in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, Manila. Melbourne will be the first in Australia and flagship for the brand to expand its portfolio to other Australian and New Zealand gateway cities. Responsibilities:
- Support the seamless setup and organization of the hotel by actively participating in lifting and moving heavy objects, including furniture, equipment, and deliveries.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to assist in various tasks, such as room setups, furniture arrangements, and deliveries of supplies.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in all guest areas by promptly addressing any maintenance or housekeeping needs.
- Provide exceptional service to guests by promptly assisting with requests and inquiries related to room amenities or special arrangements.
- Foster a positive and efficient work environment by working closely with colleagues to contribute to the overall success of our pre-opening operations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
- Demonstrated strength and physical fitness, with the ability to safely lift and move heavy objects.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Flexibility to work variable hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet the demands of our pre-opening preparations.
- Enthusiasm for providing top-notch service and creating memorable guest experiences.
