Requirements
Here's what you'll be doing:
- Manage and oversee all Service Centre staff, including delegating tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring optimal performance.
- Perform device repairs and maintenance services for various technology products, both onsite at customer locations and within the in-house Service Centre.
- Conduct imaging of devices, ensuring accurate and efficient configuration according to customer requirements.
- Coordinate the collection, disposal, and recycling of e-waste in compliance with environmental regulations.
- Execute deliveries and installations of equipment to client sites, utilizing company vehicles, including driving a one-tonne van.
- Perform general warehouse duties as needed, such as inventory management, stock replenishment, and organization.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns, providing timely and effective communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor when interacting with customers and colleagues.
- Previous experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
- Previous experience in a similar role, with a strong background in device repairs and maintenance.
- Proficiency in using Intune and MDM (Mobile Device Management) technologies.
- A full driver's license is essential for this role.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
