Service Co-ordinator
AHG is a Plumbing and Building Maintenance company that has a focus on providing comprehensive repairs and maintenance services to Defence Contractors, Northern Territory Government Departments and some of Darwin's large businesses whilst maintaining its obligation to servicing Darwin's domestic and commercial responsive demands with plumbing and general maintenance repairs.
The role of this position is to provide Service Co-ordination for our business including and not limited to work scheduling / planning.
This role requires a person that holds being organised and enjoys a very dynamic and high-volume environment that involves daily targets and overall key performance indicator objectives.
The role is simple; provide exceptional customer service, have attention to detail and thrive in being organised and adapt easily to different work environments.
The role of will include but not limited to:
- Work scheduling and planning
- High Level of Customer Service
- Excellent phone manner
- Ability to deal with high activity environments.
- Ability to process high volume of work orders.
- Experience with Microsoft packages such as Word and Excel
- Organised approach to workload and multitask.
- Calm and collective attitude
- Working as a team in a very dynamic environment
- Ability to use your initiative.
- Ability to problem solve.
Required Experience
- Frontline experience including dealing with challenging situations.
- Managing maintenance jobs from start to finish.
- Exceptional phone manner
- Booking in subcontractors to jobs in line with technician bookings
- Ability to learn job management systems such as ServiceM8 or equivalent
