Service Coordinator needed for a refrigeration and air-conditioning servicing and maintenance company in Darwin

The Company
Our client is a commercial and industrial refrigeration and air-conditioning servicing and maintenance company in Darwin. They are currently seeking an experiencedService Coordinator to join their team in Darwin.
The Position
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Service Coordinator to join our client's team in Darwin.
The Role

• Excellent customer service to clients, through fast and professional responses to inquiries and feedback
• Answer customer communication in an efficient manner
• Managing projects and scheduling to ensure seamless service
• Stock ordering and inventory management
• Looking after documentations, including quotations, invoices, etc
• Responsible for reporting to higher ups
• Collaborate with the team to ensure overall customer and product
  satisfaction
• Be motivated to meet or exceed key performance targets, both
  personally and as a team
• Follow team communication procedures, policies, and guidelines at all
  times
• Perform each duty to fulfil customers’ satisfaction

The Candidate
The successful applicant will have:

• Prior experience in a similar role, dealing with customer enquiries, scheduling for refrigeration and air-conditioning services or maintenance
• Prior experience in similar industry would be a plus
• Technological aptitude to manage spreadsheets, documents, and collaborative online forums
• Able to thrive in high pressure situations
