About the role:
CAPS Australia is seeking a proactive Service Coordinator to join our team part time Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday to fulfil a maternity leave contract. The primary focus of your role will be to provide Work In Progress and Coordination support by scheduling and coordinating jobs, allocate routine maintenance and urgent service jobs to the field and workshop technicians.
Duties:
- Process, prepare, and monitor work jobs
- Utilize systems to effectively manage and control work in progress
- Create work orders and parts requirements
- Raise purchase orders, invoices, and claims
- Scheduling of services
- Address customer queries and provide support
- Maintain client records, assets, and parts updating as required
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
- Excellent organization and planning skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong computer literacy
