We have gone through a massive growth phase and have ambitious goals this year for our USA growth.
To further fuel this, we are looking for a USA Ecommerce Manager to lead the overall digital experience for our customers in the USA.
This is a fulltime position based in our Lorna Jane head office in Eagle Farm.
This pivotal role encompasses the leadership of our USA market-focused ecommerce platform, requiring a perfect blend of hands-on operational prowess and strategic vision. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of running the website, from daily operations to driving sales and implementing marketing initiatives.
Areas of responsibility include…
- Day to day operations of USA ecommerce website, ensuring smooth functionality, user experience optimisation, and timely updates.
- Plan and implement effective marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility, customer engagement, and conversion rates including email marketing, social media campaigns, SEO/SEM strategies, and affiliate marketing.
- Closely monitoring conversion and bounce rate in relation to any relevant strategies and responding with adjustment to strategy.
- Actively seeking strategies to improve conversion though the set up and communication of promotions.
- Champion a customer-centric approach, continuously seeking ways to enhance the online shopping experience and improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth, leveraging market trends, customer insights, and competitor analysis.
- Forward planning on upcoming homepage layouts, based on the current sales strategy to allow for the layout to be analysed and improved.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure accurate product listings, pricing strategies and inventory management.
About you…
- Proven experience in a similar position, ideally in fashion retail
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making
- Commercial awareness and business acumen
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Up-to-date knowledge of eCommerce trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies
- Skills with Google Analytics, SFCC, HTML are highly desirable
