About the role
The Marketing Program Leader manages, develops and delivers consumer marketing activity that targets Global Consumer Segments across key markets and channels. This includes integrated media campaigns, digital Marketing Programs, social media activity, PR and publicity initiatives and partner activations and ensuring global team collaboration to achieve brand objectives.
This maternity leave backfill is temporary full time until 18 April 2025.
Key duties
- Manage the full end-to-end lifecycle of integrated consumer campaigns from the initial planning to development, rollout, monitoring and optimisation and reporting.
- Manage the day to day consumer Marketing Programs and activities across the team of specialists in the Marketing Group.
- Uphold the Queensland Brand in all applications.
- Monitor campaigns and projects to meet budgets, objectives, KPIs and timelines and adjust where applicable.
- Develop strong links and communication across the Marketing Group and other TEQ Groups to ensure an integrated approach to campaign activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with agencies and work collaboratively to maximise opportunities and resolve problems.

For this role, we will consider your:
- Demonstrated success in planning, managing and delivering, integrated media and digital marketing campaigns and associated co-operative marketing.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, including planning, delivering to varying deadlines with competing priorities, budget management and evaluating and reporting on projects.
- Ability to build relationships, influence and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Experience working with external agencies to deliver brand-aligned campaigns.
- Ability to interpret and apply consumer insights, research results, media performance analytics and SEO principles to develop and optimise campaigns.
- Proven brand management experience and high-level understanding of consumer marketing and consumer behaviour.
