The successful candidate will:
- Have good computer skills
- Be capable of working in a busy work environment and multitasking
- Have strong attention to detail and following processes
- Excellent organisatonal skills
- Display excellent customer service and warm communication skills
- Be able to obtain a clear police check
- Be available from 8:00am - 4:30pm Monday to Friday
Responsibilities:
- General data entry
- Daily repair order costing and finalising
- Process card and cash payments
- Assist in directing phone calls and messages to the appropriate staff as required as well as greeting customers
- Filing and general administrative duties as required to assist your team
