Service Costing Clerk/Service Receptionist (junior)

West End Mazda has an opportunity for an energetic & confident Junior Motor Vehicle Service Costing Clerk/Receptionist , for our dynamic fast paced North Parramatta Service Department.

This position is based at North Parramatta, Monday to Friday 830am to 430pm in accordance with the standard 38 hour week. Some Saturday work (half day) is available as overtime. This position is a great way to start your career in the automotive industry.

Key responsibilities:

Daily Repair Order costings.

Assisting overflow phone calls for a VERY busy switch. 

Direct calls and messages to appropriate staff as required.

General Administrative duties as required.

Capability to learn and utilise our Pentana DMS & Microsoft Outlook.

Saturday roster (half day paid as overtime).

The successful candidate will:

• Be confident and comfortable with speaking with new people over the phone (this role is not customer facing)
• Have strong experience dealing with a busy switchboard and multitasking.
• Strong attention to detail and following process.
• Display exceptional customer service and warm communication skills

Possess a strong work ethic

Be professionally presented and well spoken

Friendly, confident, approachable and positive

Have a reliable Can Do attitude and be a proactive go getter.
