Service Crew

MPI Recruitment are currently searching for experienced Service Crew for some roles based across Western Australia and South Australia.

Our client is a leading Underground Contractor in Australia, they offer services to most of the major underground mining companies across the country - this is your opportunity to get in with the best!

• Various rosters available across multiple site
• FIFO ex. Perth or Kalgoorlie residential
• Temp to perm opportunity with a lot of room for progression

About the role:

• Operation of Integrated Tool Carrier to transport various items from laydown yard/s to underground areas.
• Install, maintain and repair all underground services e.g.: air/water/pump lines, ventilation bags, temporary electrical cables, submersible pumps in sumps, Mono pumps and clean / maintain explosive areas.
• Installing and removing communication equipment/knocker line as per site policies
• Install & repair paste pipes and flushing of paste lines
• Assist with the construction of ventilation walls
• Install grout, plate, and tension of cable bolt

Essential requirements:

• Minimum 6 months experience in a similar position
• Valid Australian Drivers License, Dangerous Goods Security Card, Working at Heights
• Valid working rights in Australia
• Ability to complete pre-employment checks and medicals
