Our Service Delivery Team are the critical link to connecting our amazing clients with our dedicated support workers. With the expansion of services, we have a newly established role for Service Delivery Assistants to join our team. The purpose of the Service Delivery Assistant is to ensure Service Delivery is facilitated seamlessly within the organisation by managing electronic data and assisting in fulfilling client requirements and ensuring overflow of other areas are supported where needed.

About the role

As part of the Service Delivery team, you will form part of one of the most important teams in our organisation. At its core, this dynamic and fast-paced teamwork in a call-centre style environment to ensure the work you do positively impacts the lives of our clients and allows them to live as independently as possible.


The Service Delivery Assistant is responsible for providing a range of support services within the Aged Care and Disability service space. On a day-to-day basis, this role will operate in a reactive and rapid response environment to drive greater efficiency, adapt to change and support the Team where needed.


Some duties you can expect to be doing in this role include:

  • Broad administrative duties including managing service recipients and staff files, and preparing information packs.
  • Answering telephone calls, responding to email queries, and providing support to the broader Service Delivery team.
  • Review of service agreements, quotes and onboarding steps, as required, to ensure that client bookings are in line with NDIA plans and funding available.
  • Liaising with clients and case managers to ensure service provision is delivered according to referring entities expectations.
  • Preparing reports on information such as client support data and weekly field worker availability and assisting in the collation of that data.

We are looking for engaging, energetic, and passionate people who show strong administrative skills and high attention to detailed. You will have the ability to maintain accuracy with your work, and having the capacity to absorb and apply new information and processes will allow you to succeed in this role. Showing initiative and being confident in your own skills and abilities, including being able to prioritise your workload and work with tight deadlines with relative autonomy, will allow you to thrive in what can be a challenging environment.


You will also bring: 

  • Have experience in high-volume administration services.
  • Experience working in a customer focused position with a commitment the delivery of efficient and high-quality services.
  • Strong organisational skills, including the ability to manage and coordinate a range of tasks and competing priorities, with strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated experience working collaboratively across an organisation and with external partners towards the development of shared projects, initiatives, and activities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Proficient skills using Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and platforms.

The successful candidate must hold and maintain relevant Australian work rights and clearances prior to commencing in this role.
