Role Overview:
As the right-hand person to our Service Delivery Manager, you'll be the backbone of our operations, with previous experience in the NDIS sector you will ensure that everything runs smoothly, and our participants receive the support they need. From handling progress notes to organizing trainings, no task is too big or too small for our Service Delivery superheroes!
Responsibilities:
- Review progress notes, incident reports, and behavior reports daily to keep our records up to date.
- Report any concerns, questions, or good news stories to the Service Delivery Manager, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
- Add new incident reports to the register and assist in managing them with our Service Delivery Manager.
- Correspond with external stakeholders on various matters, from trainings to incidents, to keep everyone in the loop.
- Facilitate the organization of trainings and meetings with our support staff, ensuring they have the support they need to succeed.
- Act as a bridge between the office/management and our support staff, keeping everyone informed and on track.
- Upload all essential documents, from medical appointment forms to participant wellbeing checks, to ensure our files are complete and accurate.
- Assist in the development of support plans, risk assessments, and emergency plans to safeguard our participants.
- Participate in various meetings, from compliance to case conferences, to keep our operations running smoothly.
- Manage complaints and feedback, providing timely responses and resolutions to ensure participant satisfaction.
- Develop resources like information sheets, quick reference guides, and trackers to support our workers in their day-to-day operations.
- Develop QR codes and forms for new participants, making our processes efficient and user-friendly.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role, within the NDIS sector, is a prerequisite.
