We have an exciting opportunity for a Solution Architect - Geelong based for 12 months contract.
As the Service Delivery Manager for Cloud and Datacenter Hosting services, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of our cloud and data center solutions to clients. Your leadership, technical expertise, and strategic thinking will drive the success of our Service delivery operations, meeting and exceeding client expectations consistently.
Key accountabilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of cloud and data center services, ensuring adherence to SLAs and exceeding customer expectations.
- Collaborate with project management teams to execute cloud and data center projects on time and within budget.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients and vendors, serving as the primary point of contact for service-related discussions and issue resolution.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to validate customer requirements and define engagement success criteria.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation to enhance Service delivery efficiency.
- Develop and maintain a robust Service delivery framework, continuously improving service quality.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies to enhance service offerings.
Key Capabilities:
- In-depth knowledge of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and data center technologies.
- Strong project management skills, demonstrated through successful delivery of complex projects.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal abilities to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills to engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset to address challenges innovatively.
- Ability to understand and tailor Service delivery strategies according to client needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in Service delivery management within the cloud and data center domain.
