The opportunity:
In this dynamic and pivotal role, you'll be stepping into contract/temporary positions within our North Sydney headquarters. The heart of this opportunity lies in the rotational nature of the positions, encompassing both day and night shifts. The shifts are structured as 12-hour alternates between 6 am to 6 pm (day) and 6 pm to 6 am (night). To maintain an effective and balanced schedule, we follow a 4 days on, 5 days off, and an alternating pattern.
As integral members of our Service Delivery team, you will play a crucial role in not only operating but continually enhancing our planning, scheduling, and execution services. Your contributions will directly impact the delivery of outstanding results to our valued customers. Additionally, these roles emphasise incident analysis and resolution as vital components of your responsibilities.
Your real-time Service Delivery responsibilities are at the core of these roles. You will provide live support to all stakeholders, ensuring the seamless operation of our freight services. Your ability to minimise the impact of disruptions to our Service Delivery plan is of utmost importance, contributing to our overall success.
What you will bring:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a fast paced live support environment
- Experience in customer centric organisations
- High level analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a high pressure environment
- Ability to establish relationships quickly with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work autonomously while meeting tight deadlines
- Microsoft Office and computer literacy skills is essential
- Experience in a time sensitive environment managing customer incidents and requirements
