For the successful applicant/s you will be joining our Mowing & Gardening and Cleaning & Hygiene teams, servicing predominately Strata, Commercial, Social Housing and Veteran customers in the Tweed.
Available roles
Team Leader:
You will deliver a professional Lawn, Garden, External and Internal Cleaning service to our client & customers sites while being apart of a team that look out for each other, take pride in their work and are always willing to help each other out.
Team Leader duties include but are not limited to:
- Delivering the scope of works in accordance with the Service Delivery schedule
- Communicating with your Team Members
- Mowing, vertical edging, whipper snipping, weed control, pruning, hedging, mulching, pressure washing.
- Soft landscaping.
- Irrigation
- Pressure cleaning, single story ground based gutter and window cleaning
- Internal vacuuming, mopping and hygiene works
- Servicing/Maintaining your equipment
- Organising vehicle services and equipment services.
- Reporting back to your section leader at the end of each day for invoicing.
- Organising the following days jobs.
- Most importantly, enjoying what you do.
Team Member:
The Team Member will assist a Team Leader with completing the days work. Your duties include:
- Mowing, hedging, weeding, whipper snipping and weed control.
- Pressure cleaning, single story ground based gutter and window cleaning
- Internal vacuuming, mopping and hygiene works
- Meeting your Team Leader each morning on time, ready to do a days work. Having your own vehicle to get to and from work is highly preferred to make this process easy on both parties.
- Occasionally covering for the Team Leader and stepping up into their position as you gain experience with FrontLine.
Education & training will be provided for the right Team Member so that they can grow within the company, we want you to become the next Team Leader.
What we’re looking for from you
- Experience with equipment such as mowers, whipper snippers, hedge trimmers and blowers
- A passion for gardening and grounds/property upkeep and not just someone looking to do a quick “mow and snip”.
- You have a growth mindset
- Strong communication skills with your Section Leader and the ability to work cooperatively in a team environment, helping out other teams when required
- A great work ethic with self-motivation and reliability
- Physical fitness sufficient to undertake the responsibilities required
- The ability to follow procedures and work programs as directed
- A proven commitment to safety in the workplace
- A strong sense of responsibility and be able to demonstrate initiative
- An enthusiastic and positive approach to all duties
- The ability to work in an outdoor environment where weather conditions can be unfavourable at times
- Able to work unsupervised or as part of a team and sharing your knowledge with others
Desirable licenses if held but not necessary.
- Horticultural Certificate 2 or 3
- ACDC certificate
- Current drivers license.
- Construction Induction Card
- Any other licenses
