AddressWe are looking for a Service Delivery Representative to join our connect division. The Symbio connect division works with large corporate, multi-national and government organisations across the Asia-Pacific region.
Reporting to the Service Delivery & Assurance Team Manager, this role is responsible the end-to-end management of customer provisioning and delivery orders. This role involves the adding, moving, and changing of customer services and delivering within specified service level agreements/targets.
What you'll do as a Service Delivery Representative:
- Ensure the Symbio brand is highly regarded in the domestic and international market by managing the fulfilment of order.
