Role: Service Deployer/Customer Service Coordinator
Long term contract | open to also offering full time permanent for the right candidate
$65,000-$70,000k+super | depending on experience
Locations: Adelaide 5013 OR Perth 6107
Flexible for 2 days WFH per week | training initially in office full time
- Manage deployment forecast accuracy and technician workload planning.
- Handle customer phone and email requests, including new job requests.
- Evaluate and coordinate technical assistance requests with the Service Technical Support.
- Create and manage reactive and breakdown jobs in the DFSD system.
- Review and approve quoted works within the DFSD system.
- Manage technician service reports and job completion in the DFSD system.
- Coordinate with Regional Service Managers and Technicians for timely and accurate service reporting.
- Process Purchase Orders and manage goods receipt and ordering in the accounting system.
- Generate uniform and PPE orders for the Operations Group.
- Provide administrative support, attend meetings, and ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with internal processes.
