About the Role
We're on the hunt for a Service Desk Agent to join the dynamic DJC Systems team. Based out of Blackburn, this role will include both office working and travelling to client sites across Melbourne.
You must be self-motivated, have good time management skills and a positive attitude. Exceptional communication skills – verbal and written – are critical as you will have constant direct contact with clients……undertaking:
- Setting up new users, resetting passwords, etc.
- Setting up new email accounts, email forwarding, out of office notifications, etc.
- Assisting in the setup of new devices such as notebooks, PC's, tablets, phones, etc.
- O365 and Exchange incident response and request fulfillment
- End User Compute preparation and setup
- Security incident response
- Azure and Active Directory Administration
- OneDrive and SharePoint incident response and request fulfillment
- Networking troubleshooting
- Firewall and remote access management
- Laptop/Desktop troubleshooting
- WAN/LAN troubleshooting
- User login issues
- Router troubleshooting
- End-User service and peripheral troubleshooting
- Follow Knowledge Articles to resolve incidents/requests
