About The Role
The ideal person for this role will be a Technical Support / Service Specialist with experience managing Tickets and working meeting SLAs. You will have knowledge of IT Systems and knowledge of Q-SYS, Dante, and Bosch Praesideo/Praesensa which are audio software programmes.

Skills And Experience Required
- Strong foundational knowledge in IT principles and a keen interest in technology.
- Strong foundational knowledge in Q-SYS, Dante, and Bosch Praesideo/Praesensa.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a methodical and logical approach.
- Proficient in verbal and written communication.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
