Intelliworx Managed IT a fast-growing MSP with offices in Sydney, London, Chicago, and Auckland. We provide our small, mid-tier enterprise and multi-national clients design, management, and support for their information technology infrastructure. 

We are a cloud first organisation focused on Modern Workplace and public cloud solutions that we service around the world – with specific focus on Microsoft’s cloud solutions. We are currently looking to expand our team to accommodate our exceptional business growth.

About the Job

We are seeking an experienced IT Service Desk Analyst to place onsite with a key financial services client. This role is based in the Sydney CBD area. You will have commercial experience working in a Service Desk supporting Microsoft products and assisting clients over the phone and onsite. Excellent communication skills are essential.

You will be required to have both remote and desk side support experience. Citrix end-user support is a crucial component to support our clients in this new working environment and you’ll be expected to have general troubleshooting knowledge.

Requirements
 

The following skills are REQUIRED:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience working for an MSP Service Desk or Client Side
  • Minimum 2 years’ Service Desk support
  • You will have excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Used PSA ticketing solutions
  • Deployment and troubleshooting of Microsoft solutions (Office, Windows etc.)
  • Experience with M365
  • Australian PR or Citizenship

These are all designed to assist our team members’ grow in their roles and contribute to Intelliworx meeting its organisational accreditations. A requirement of this role is a commitment to prioritise and complete these quarterly goals. Resources required for you to achieve these will be provided by our Training and Development team.
