About the Job
We are seeking an experienced IT Service Desk Analyst to place onsite with a key financial services client. This role is based in the Sydney CBD area. You will have commercial experience working in a Service Desk supporting Microsoft products and assisting clients over the phone and onsite. Excellent communication skills are essential.
You will be required to have both remote and desk side support experience. Citrix end-user support is a crucial component to support our clients in this new working environment and you’ll be expected to have general troubleshooting knowledge.

Requirements
The following skills are REQUIRED:
- Minimum 2 years' experience working for an MSP Service Desk or Client Side
- Minimum 2 years’ Service Desk support
- You will have excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Used PSA ticketing solutions
- Deployment and troubleshooting of Microsoft solutions (Office, Windows etc.)
- Experience with M365
- Australian PR or Citizenship
