The Role
You will provide 1st and 2nd level support via telephone and email, using remote desktop tools, as a single point of contact for our clients.
Taking ownership of user problems, you will be proactive when dealing with user issues in line with the Virtuelle Service Level Agreements.
You will exhibit and promote a strong customer service ethic, acting as an escalation point for unresolved incidents.
The Successful Applicant will possess:
- 2 years of experience in an IT Service Desk environment (MSP preferred).
- Experience in supporting end users on Microsoft Windows-based platforms.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- A demonstrated focus on customer service excellence.
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
- Experience with and an understanding of remote support tools and ticketing.
- A drive to seek the best outcomes for the business and all customers.
