About The Position:
This role is ideally suited to an individual that has a keen interest in all things tech. In this role you will be required to provide technical support to our Help Desk Engineers and our clients. Through our inhouse technical training as well as manufacturer specific training, you will become a highly skilled IT professional and an integral member of the Assett team. This position will provide an ideal opportunity to develop your career to the next level.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identify and resolve entry level technical faults.
- Triage in coming service requests
- Escalate service requests to the appropriate resource
- Pre-installation run up.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Update Knowledge base

This rewarding position will be based in our modern Wollongong CBD office, however our area of service covers the Illawarra, Shoalhaven, Southern Highlands and into Sydney.
