Joining a compact team at our modern head office in Brisbane’s CBD, you’ll be leading a team providing first and second level Service Desk support for CPL employees across multiple sites in Queensland, with the role’s main focus being Brisbane.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead and mentor a team of dedicated Service Desk staff.
- Manage, resolve, escalate first, second and third level ICT support requests.
- Provide technical support for software, hardware, communications, and networking equipment.
- Assist with management reporting across Service Desk tickets and projects.
- Delivery of or contribution to CPL projects.
- Be a member of the CPL Change Advisory Board, helping ensure that IT change within CPL is effective.
- Development of workplace efficiencies within the ICT space especially through process, tool and documentation improvements.
- Experience with Microsoft environment (Windows, MS Office, print, hardware, AD/Exchange/O365, file servers, etc).
- Experience leading technical teams with a strong focus on customer service.
- Experience leading teams that are distributed across multiple sites and a work from home component.
- Experience with IT ticketing systems especially with Managed Engine Service Desk Plus.
- Current industry certifications; MCP and ITIL (desired).
- Great customer service, communication and interpersonal skills are a must!
- Ability to work within an environment where systems are undergoing continual change.
- Commitment to making a difference and continuous improvement.
- Valid and current C class driving license.
- Blue Card and NDIS Clearance (we can help)
- Feb 2024 start (flexible).
- Full-time, permanent role with flexibility between 8am and 5pm.
