We are committed to providing older people who are at risk or have experienced homelessness with a range of high-quality care, housing and services. We employ more than 1,000 staff across Victoria and Tasmania.Our Head Office, located in Flemington, soon moving to a larger space in North Melbourne, provides the strategic direction and support services for Wintringham’s homelessness, residential aged care, community housing, NDIS, outreach and home care services for people aged 50 and over.Your new roleWe are currently seeking an enthusiastic staff member to take on the Client Voice Project on a Fixed Term basis from the 1st of July 2024 to the 30th of September 2024. You will be using your consultation and project management skills to lead the Client Voice Project at Wintringham Housing sites. To suit the demands of this dynamic and engaging role, we will consider internal applicants who are applying in a part time or full-time capacity so long as a minimum of 3 days per week are covered.Your duties and responsibilities will also include:
  • Enhancing the Client Voice at Wintringham Housing sites
  • Working with housing support staff, tenancy management and recreation to pilot different approaches to client engagement
  • Working with staff and residents to identify what is working well, and areas for improvement
  • Develop policies, procedures and supporting documentation to support Client Voice activities within housing
  • Support the ongoing Client Voice activities within residential aged care and home care
  • Write reports summarising Client Voice activities and resident feedback
What we will need from you:
  • A degree or post graduate qualification in a related discipline.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to build relationships of trust with stakeholders.
  • Keen analytical and planning skills.
  • Excellent writing skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in the management of projects.
