As a Service Lead, you'll play a vital role in fostering a positive workplace where each team member can thrive and contribute their unique skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of Support Workers to achieve their best.
  • Ensure smooth operations and efficient processes.
  • Provide guidance and support, addressing any challenges that arise.
  • Collaborate with various internal stakeholders to meet customer needs.
  • Create a nurturing and inclusive environment where all employees feel valued.

About You:

  • 3+ years in disability services.
  • Tertiary qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Strong computer, finance, and compliance skills.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Passionate about human rights and positive change.
  • Empathetic and understanding of diverse experiences.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; adept at working with customers and carers.
  • Willing to meet regulatory requirements i.e NDIS Worker Screening Check
