About the role
Reporting into the General Manager, the Service Manager will have full responsibility for all business operations of the multi franchise new car service division which has a current staff count of 27.

Required attributes, skills and experience
- Previous service management experience in an automotive or related business such as passenger cars, commercial vehicles, agricultural equipment, materials handling
- Proven people management experience including hiring, mentoring, training and performance management
- Excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate effective dialogue with all stakeholders including customers, staff, business partners, suppliers
- Proven financial and business acumen with a high level of computer skills and general technology know how
What’s on offer?
An attractive remuneration package will be negotiated to reflect the senior nature of this role, and will include fully maintained company vehicle, laptop and phone. (Package value circa $150K)
