This is an exciting opportunity to step into a senior leadership role within Anglicare WA. As Service Manager, Mandurah you will be responsible for managing the delivery of a wide range of our programs that provide person centred, trauma informed and culturally appropriate services to our clients accessing our Mandurah site. You will lead, develop, manage and evaluate a diverse portfolio of our programs ranging from Family Law Services, Counselling and Family and Domestic Violence.
Provide leadership to a team of passionate and dedicated professionals where you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on the lives of families in the Mandurah area. Additionally, you will use your skills in developing and nurturing relationships with sector stakeholders, local communities and service partners to expand Anglicare WA's footprint and impact.
You will have the opportunity to implement operational aspects of service strategy and policy with a place-based lens to suit the needs of our clients.

To be successful you will have:
Tertiary Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related discipline, with specialist knowledge and experience relevant to the position
Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary teams including recruitment, induction and performance development/management
Demonstrated experience in building high performing, integrated teams
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and ensure high standards of data collection and progress reporting are maintained
Demonstrated experience managing key external stakeholders in a partnership or consortium relationship
Demonstration of a constructive and collaborative leadership style that aligns and engages employees
The successful candidate must have current National Police Clearance valid within one year, a WA Working with Children Check, and a WA Drivers Licence.

Starting salary is $122,852 per annum plus 11% superannuation
Salary sacrifice up to $15,900 of pre-tax income per year
