The ICT Service Level Manager’s main responsibility is to interact with all the different aspects of the business, understand the Service Level Agreements that are in place and supervise the service team to support and maintain College Information Services to a high standard. Part of that responsibility to is ensure that the operational methods of support, including the tools being utilised, are reviewed and maintained plus establishing new ones as needed to make sure the team is following best practice and achieving agreed Service Levels. In conjunction with other segments of the IT team they will need to monitor departmental issues and client complaints and make certain customer/business, clients, support, and technical parties are represented in the definition and evolution of services.We would prefer applicants to hold a relevant tertiary qualification, equivalent industry recognised professional qualifications and/or relevant industry experience.For Further Job Related Information:
