We are seeking an experienced individual for the position of Service Manager to join our team in Fyshwick. This full-time position will see you report to the owner, a well-respected professional with 30+ years’ experience in the industry. This is a genuine leadership position that will solidify your management career in the automotive industry.
The successful applicant will be an organised and self-motivated individual with an excellent communication skillset who can manage a small team to meet competing deadlines. They will have vast experience in customer service and the management of staff, with at least 5 years’ experience in a management role.
This is a hands-on management opportunity for an individual who thrives on a face paced environment. This role oversees a small team of mechanics, ranging in experience, and is responsible for sales targets and stock management. It is ideal, yet not essential, that the successful applicant will have experience in the mechanic and automotive industries.
