Our client is a leading integrator of security, life safety, and connectivity solutions across Australia, including Security Systems, access control, CCTV, intercom, media integration, and medical alarms.
They are currently seeking a Service Managerto lead their Service Team, based in Osborne Park.
The Role
The role primarily involves the management of various Security and Life Safety systems project / service / monitoring / customers, and staff associated with the Service Department. This includes (but, is not limited to) risk management, financial performance, contract development and improvement, quality assurance, contract compliance, and client liaison.
- Oversee staff / subcontractor management
- Financial control and management
- Ensuring KPIs met, customer / client satisfaction
- Reporting financial performance and other operational aspects
- Work with sales / project team for correct handover of projects
- Responsible for SimPRO pricing (including correct project codes / cost)
- OH&S coordination
- Provide monthly and annual forecasts for key financial / operational areas
About You

- Technical qualifications or Operational experience (trade, sales, engineering, building, etc background) due to technical advisory requirements and the broad range of plant / equipment within the department
- Business qualifications / exposure due to broad reporting and accounting requirements
- Working knowledge of Building Codes / Australian Standards / Regulatory requirements
- Facilities Management experience (exposure to essential services, lifecycle costing, capital management, accounting and reporting)

- Familiarity with performance measurement and financial management
