Service Market Commercial Manager

What you will do
At Volvo Group Australia you will contribute to the transformation of our company, the transport industry and society at large.
You will develop and execute the sales and marketing strategies for parts and labor sales, monitor dealer performance to identify opportunities for improvements, and act as the first point of contact for the Service Market, ensuring great customer satisfaction and support our dealer network in Total Solution Selling.  

Your future team
You'll be working in a cross functional team, with many internal stakeholders, to provide the required support for our retail network. You’ll be securing and building business relationships with the dealer management team and using your coaching and training techniques to support the Service Market in applying methods for continuous improvement and service sales growth.

• advanced negotiation, communication, and sales skills, coupled with effective presentation abilities.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain meaningful relationships with customers, dealers and associated industry contacts.
• strong knowledge and experience in the automotive/transport industry with extensive parts background.
• strong commercial acumen, and proficiency in Microsoft Packages and retail systems.
• a focus on customer service, efficient administration, autonomous work capability, high-level problem-solving, conflict resolution skills, sound inventory management, automotive parts expertise, marketing competence, and the ability to represent the organization at all levels are also critical.
• Structured decision-making capabilities.
