About The Role

As a valued member, you will play a pivotal role in repairing, installing, and servicing cutting-edge food processing equipment, contributing to the seamless functioning of our clients' operations.
Responsibilities:
Promptly address breakdowns and conduct necessary repairs on equipment.
Skillfully diagnose issues with commercial catering/food processing equipment.
Execute preventative maintenance to uphold equipment longevity.
Efficiently install new equipment to meet client specifications.
Deliver exceptional customer service at every touchpoint.
About You
The ideal candidate will be a training or trade qualified electrical/mechanical fitter with:
A valid driver’s license, ensuring mobility for on-site tasks.
Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
A diverse mechanical background is highly encouraged.
Strong teamwork and independent work capabilities.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
A safety-focused mindset with a positive attitude.
Stellar customer service prowess.
Willingness to obtain a police clearance upon appointment.
Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
