WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
- You will be part of a dynamic team based in Canberra
- Assist all walk-in customers and calls with queries on shipments
- Provide clear and specific guidance on documentation and packaging requirements for all customers
- Helping with additional tasks as required for example, resolving and responding to email queries
- Assisting and providing back up for Exception Handling when required
- This is afull-time positionworking38 hoursper week, fromMonday 9:30-5:30pm, Tuesday – Friday from9:00 to 5:30pm.
