Site SupervisorAbout the CompanyThis National Tier 1 Contractor has been growing rapidly in WA and is catching up with their NSW and VIC counterparts. They are on target for a 300% increase in turnover from 4 years ago. The size and scale of their projects has almost doubled in 3 years, and they are now looking to bring on a number of superstars across their electrical business.About The RoleWith 6 new commercial projects due to start, they are now looking to hire 3 new Site Supervisors, that will not only contribute to the successful running and management of their new sites, and the efficient and safe running of the projects themselves but are also being earmarked for further growth and development into Project Management and Project Control functions. Initially looking to start on Hospital, Hotel or Defence related projects, typically ranging from $10 to $30 million.About You

• Experienced leading a team made up of leading hands, electricians, other trades, apprentices and non-trades people on industrial sites (20+ people).
• Must be able to lead a team that maintains an excellent attitude to safety through leading by example.
• The ability to lead a highly productive team to meet project and company objectives.
• Possess a high level of written and verbal communication skills and the ability to maintain long-term client relationships.
• Enjoy problem-solving.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office 365 applications including Teams and Excel.
• Experience in the use and interpretation of Project Scheduling software (MS Project or Primavera).
• Flexible and open to working away from home, as required by the company.

What You’ll be Doing

• Lead a team to deliver safe, productive and quality electrical and instrumentation installations in industrial settings.
• Report project status, including forecast outcomes with relation to time, cost, scope and quality when required.
• Maintain records of work-in-progress and communications in line with the project management methodology.
• Participate in and inform project planning and auditing activities.
• Oversee PHE apprentices and ensure they are consistently learning and improving their standard of work

Licences

• WA Electrical Licence (desirable)
• White Construction Card
• Hold or be able to obtain a National Police Clearance
• Medical Clearance
